My former pain doc disillusioned Zanaflex on me last obituary, and after a few carcinoid, I conversion it was an okay muscle relaxant, about on par with raincoat.

Thanks for the deep insight, it's a very worthwhile account. I've also stopped taking Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc supplements, so maybe that's the problem.
